Free Photo Session Giveaway – Official Rules

Promotion Period

The giveaway ends on August 20, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. MDT. Entries received after that time will not be eligible.

Eligibility

Open to anyone 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.

How to Enter

During the Promotion Period, complete all of the following on the official Instagram giveaway post:

• Like the post
• Follow @tsuttphoto
• Leave a comment saying what kind of session you’d choose (portrait / couples / family)

Limit one entry per person. Multiple comments from the same account will not increase chances of winning.

Prize

One (1) complimentary photography session of the winner’s choosing with Tyler Sutton Photography: a portrait/couples session, or a family session for immediate family only.

A family session is limited to the winner’s immediate family (for example, a spouse or partner, children, parents, or siblings). Extended family, friends, or large group sessions are not included.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $150 for a portrait/couples session, or $250 for a family session.

Travel, scheduling, and restrictions

• The session will take place at a mutually agreed location within 100 miles of Idaho Falls, Idaho.
• Photographer travel of up to 50 miles from Idaho Falls is included at no cost. Miles beyond 50 (up to the 100-mile maximum) will be charged to the winner at $0.75 per mile.
• The winner is responsible for any personal travel or lodging.
• The session must be scheduled and completed within six (6) months of the winner announcement.
• The prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product or service.

Winner Selection & Notification

• One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
• The selection will be recorded for transparency.
• The winner will be announced on August 21, 2026, and notified via Instagram.
• The winner will have 72 hours to respond and claim the prize.
• If the winner does not respond within 72 hours or is found ineligible, an alternate winner will be selected.

• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, participants release Instagram from any and all liability related to this promotion.
• The Organizer reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify any entry that does not fully comply with these Official Rules.
• No purchase necessary. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
